Getting Started

Step 1: Visit the create invoice page

If you are first time user, click here to create your first invoice.

Step 2: Set Up Your Company Information

  1. Click on Company Details tab
  2. Add your company name, address, and contact information
  3. Upload your company logo & signature
  4. You can also add your company other information like tax information, bank information, etc.
  5. Just click on add company field to add more information

Step 3: Setup your client information

  1. Click on Client Details tab
  2. Add your client's name, email, billing address, and any additional contact information
  3. Just click on add client field to add more information

Step 4: Add items to your invoice

  1. Click on Items tab
  2. Add your items name, description, quantity, unit price.
  3. Just click on add item field to add more information

Step 5: Add notes and terms

  1. Click on Notes & Terms tab
  2. Add your notes and terms
  3. Just click on add note field to add more information

Step 6: Filling Billing Information & Tax Information

  1. Click on Invoice Details tab
  2. Select your preferred currency
  3. Write down your payment terms agreed with your client
  4. Add a new field under billing details tab

Step 7: Preview and finalize your invoice

  1. Click on download button at the top right corner
  2. You can view preview of your invoice before downloading
  3. You can download your invoice as PDF or save it as PNG image
